I decided to take a small break from my e-Portfolio work today and went to the Sunflower Farm Creamery and Orchard Hill Farm orchard in Cumberland, which is roughly 20 minutes north of Portland. I wanted to see the farm famous for the goats in pajamas video (if you haven't seen it I've included above, it's so cute!). I got a free peck of apples at the Orchard (thank you city of Portland!), so for the next few weeks there will be lots of apples to accompany my work. I'm hoping an apple a day will really keep the doctor away, I would rather not get sick with all this work!
I had planned to accompany my work with my favorite female singers from the 90's, but I decided to go with Bach's cello suites instead. Tori Amos, Alanis Morissette, Paula Cole, and all the others will have to wait for another day!
Tonight I am focusing on comp A:
Demonstrate awareness of the ethics, values, and foundational principles of one of the information professions, and discuss the importance of intellectual freedom within that profession. Time to review assignments from my intellectual freedom class!
